We strive to ensure that our training programs are of the highest quality, accessible, and practical, with the aim of equipping staff with the knowledge, skills & tools they need to provide the best possible care to those they support.
Training Premises' Conditional Requirements
Our training is predominately provided freelance. Sessions will be accommodated at the organisations premises.
It is important for the Organisation to ensure that the specific needs of the course are met by providing the appropriate space and equipment.
In order to ensure that the course runs smoothly and effectively, it is also important that the equipment is serviceable and in good working condition.
The following are some considerations that the Organisation may want to keep in mind when assessing the space and equipment:

The space should be large enough to accommodate the number of participants and should be conducive to the learning aims.

The equipment should be appropriate for the learning outcomes of the course and should be in serviceable working condition.
By providing the appropriate space and serviceable equipment, the Organisation can help to ensure that the course is successful and that participants are able to learn and engage effectively and safely.
Course Content
Training course materials will be supplied by the training provider.
Content will be relevant, up to date and can be tailored to the individual requirement of the organisation.
In addition to the training course materials, the training provider may also provide access to online resources, such as videos, articles, and quizzes to supplement the learning experience.
Tailored content provided by the training provider will ensure that employees receive the training they need to effectively carry out their roles within the organisation. This may include specific procedures, protocols, or compliance requirements that are unique to the organisation.
Once the training is completed, certificates will be sent to the organisation that made the booking. These certificates serve as proof that the employees have successfully completed the training and can be used to demonstrate compliance during audits or inspections.
Feedback will be provided on individual delegates' progress, strengths or weaknesses to the organisation.
In the event that the trainer identifies any areas of concern, they will also communicate these with the organisation.

Terms of Booking
Course bookings are based on attendance of between 6 -12 delegates.
If fewer than 6 delegates attend any course, The full cost will be applied regardless.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.
In the event that Training Sussex ltd cancel a training session with less than 48 hours notice, The organisation will be sent a credit note voucher entitling them to a 50% reduction on their next booking.
Invoicing & Payments
Upon completion of courses, invoices will be issued to the nominated contact within seven days. Payment is expected to be settled within 28 days of receipt. If any discrepancies arise, please notify us immediately to rectify the issue.
If you prefer to make a card payment, you can do so on the day of training. Please notify us at the time of booking to utilize this option
